1. Logging In

As part of our redesign and to ensure we protect our members’ privacy, upon initial log in, all members are required to reset their passwords and update their profile. We apologize for this inconvenience. For quick access to the login page click here.

A few items to keep in mind when resetting/updating your password:
– Your Username is the email address associated with your profile
– The confirmation email with a single use unique URL, should be received in your inbox within in 1-5 min
– If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder
– If you’ve submitted a request more than once, make sure you are using the most recent email (the previous URLs will have “expired”)

2. Why MDBriefcase? I’m a nurse/pharmacist/AHW. Is this content even for me?

In our efforts to bring nine (9) medical education networks under one platform, we chose to utilize the name with the most brand recognition in the global market. Our robust professional profile allows you to continue to receive personalized continuing medical education that is geared for you. We are deeply committed to supporting the education of all healthcare professionals including, but not limited to allied health care workers, nurses, pharmacists, physicians and specialists.

Under the MDBriefCase Group banner, our new platform will give us the flexibility to customize our programs for different learning styles. With the aid of our accredited partners, we continue to improve the quality and delivery of our educational content for participants.

3. Where did my certificates and course history go?

Some of our users are reporting that they do not see the history of their previous program completion/certificates. Rest assured that these records are all still in our database and our teams are working to have them online again soon.

Once it has been resolved, we will notify you, but for now we greatly appreciate your patience!

4. Why can’t I find my course?

We have discovered that some course content is not currently displaying online. While our Content team continues working on restoring these programs, we ask that you email us the name of the learning activity you’re looking for, and we’ll send you a link to it as soon as possible.

5. I’m a pharmacist. Where did my Professional Development Log (PDL) go?

Your PDL can now be found under MY ACHIEVEMENTS.

This is accessible on the drop-down menu when you click on your name after logging in. You’ll need to click on the program title and download the certificates available through the green certificate icon.
If for some reason past programs are not displaying or links aren’t working, we assure you that past participation records remain in our database.
Our teams are working hard to restore everything online soon.
