As part of our redesign and to ensure we protect our members’ privacy, upon initial log in, all members are required to reset their passwords and update their profile.  We apologize for this inconvenience. For quick access to the login page click here.

Step 1: Click “Forgot Password”

Step 2: Enter your username (email address)

Your username is the same as the email address you used to register. If you are a previous MDBriefCase, MDBriefCase Australia, AdvancingIn, AdvancingPractice or rxBriefCase member, enter the email address used for your old account.
After entering your email address, click the “Email Reset Link” button. (Only Once)
NOTE: Clicking the button multiple times will send multiple password reset emails and may result in the reset link not working correctly.

Step 3: Reset confirmation.

After clicking the button, you will see a confirmation message that your request has been submitted.
Please Note: The password reset email may take upwards of 5-10 minutes to appear in your inbox.
If you do not see it in this time, please check your spam folders. If you do not receive the reset email within 10 minutes, begin again from Step 1.

Step 4: Click the password reset link in your email
You will receive an email titled “Please reset your password” which contains a single use link to reset your password. Click on this link to be brought to a password reset page.

Step 5: Enter a new password
Enter your new password in the “New Password” field. Enter the password again in “Confirm Password” identically, then click “Reset Password”. Your new password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least 3 of the following character sets: lowercase, uppercase, numbers and symbols.

Step 6: Password reset confirmation
Once you have successfully entered your new password, you will receive a confirmation message with the option to return to the login screen. Clicking the button will bring you back to the login screen.

Step 7: Login with your new password
Upon returning to the login page, enter your email address (username) and your new password, then click the “Sign In” button.

Step 8: Login successful
After logging in with your new credentials, you will be returned to the homepage and you will find your information at the top of the page.
