Course Description

This one-hour eCME will be
directed to pharmacists and nurses and focuses on self-monitoring of blood
glucose (SMBG). Clinicians have the opportunity to positively impact patients’
adherence and outcomes through education, support, and clinical guidance. The
program will feature case scenarios woven throughout that highlight key
learning points.
