This 30 minute module aims to update all members of the primary care team about secondary prevention of cardiovascular events. This will help to ensure that patients who had significant vascular events are on appropriate medication and are aware of lifestyle changes that can reduce their overall risk. The module will provide the learner with evidence-based strategies to reduce CV risk in their patients who have experienced a CV event.
