Palliative Care: The Patient and Caregiver – Canadian Council On Continuing Education In Pharmacy (CCCEP)

Upon successful completion of this program, the pharmacist will be better able to:

1. Address many of the issues seen in palliative care patients
2. Use a variety of communication styles for patients and caregivers dealing with palliative care
3. Identify and assist with common caregiver issues that accompany palliative care
4. Examine the role of the pharmacist in the management of palliative care patients and their caregivers
