After participating in this program, GPs will be better able to:

1. Recognise the importance of general skin care management in the prevention of chronic inflammatory skin conditions
2. Recall triggers and factors associated with the exacerbation of inflammatory skin conditions
3. Review treatment options in sensitive skin and inflammatory dermatoses management and assess the differences between available choices
4. Recommend appropriate lifestyle and medication choices to improve patient quality of life and safety.
