Course Description

This video helps pharmacists understand how to manage patients with type 2 diabetes to lower their risk of the development and progression of chronic kidney disease. The goal is to review appropriate monitoring and follow-up for these patients, and help pharmacists apply effective counselling for the management of people with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease.
