Course Description

This video helps pharmacists navigate the most recent clinical evidence published by Diabetes Canada for the pharmacologic glycemic management of type 2 diabetes in adults. The goal is to help pharmacists understand the evidence so they can confidently apply it in their practice and help counsel their patients effectively.
