Navigating Acromegaly: Best Practices for Primary Care

This CME course is a 30-minute program that intends to increase family physicians’ awareness of detecting patients with acromegaly early and minimizing the diagnostic gap. The medical information of the program will be presented by following Jennifer, a patient who goes on an acromegaly journey from the development of symptoms through diagnosis and finally to successful treatment. This program aims to educate family physicians about the consequences of delayed diagnosis of acromegaly and train family physicians about clinical settings where seemingly common symptoms should raise concerns about acromegaly.
