Improving Vaccination Experiences in Pharmacy Practice
Pharmacists have a pivotal role in optimizing vaccination rates. This program will describe how pharmacists can identify patients due for vaccination, strategies to address patient concerns, and best practices for improving vaccination within the pharmacy setting. The aim of this program is to support pharmacists in becoming more engaged in vaccine education and delivery, and to provide them with strategies to effectively incorporate vaccination into their practice in a busy pharmacy.

Learning objectives
- Identify patients who are eligible for vaccination based on age and medical condition
- Address patient questions, concerns, and disinformation about vaccines
- Describe the efforts needed to get patients to vaccinate
- Implement best practice guidelines into pharmacy practice to support efficient and effective vaccination services
