Course Description

The National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) recommends vaccination of adolescents aged 12 years and older with the COVID-19 vaccine. Despite broad support for vaccination from the medical community, parents and adolescents may have lingering concerns about COVID-19 vaccination. Pediatricians and other health professionals should be prepared to effectively address the questions and concerns of parents and adolescents regarding the COVID-19 vaccines.

This video helps clinicians discuss COVID-19 vaccination with parents and adolescents. The goal of the program is to help clinicians build vaccine confidence with their patients and vaccinate adolescents 12 years of age and older, per the NACI recommendations.

This program has received an unrestricted educational grant or in-kind support from Pfizer.
