Le Comité consultatif national de l’immunisation (CCNI) recommande la vaccination des adolescents âgés de 12 ans et plus avec le vaccin contre la COVID-19. En dépit d’un appui généralisé en faveur de la vaccination parmi les membres de la communauté médicale, certains parents et adolescents entretiennent des doutes persistants concernant la vaccination anti-COVID-19. Les pédiatres et les autres professionnels de la santé devraient être prêts à répondre efficacement aux questions et préoccupations des parents et des adolescents concernant les vaccins contre la COVID-19.

Cette formation vidéo vise à aider les cliniciens à discuter avec les adolescents et leurs parents de la vaccination contre la COVID-19. L’objectif ce de programme est d’aider les cliniciens à rehausser leur confiance lors d’échanges avec leurs patients, afin de vacciner les adolescents de 12 ans et plus conformément aux recommandations du CCNI.
