Type 2 Diabetes & Dyslipidemia: The New Generation of Management – Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec (OPQ)

After completion of the program, participants will be able to:

1. Describe the rationale for guideline-recommended targets for vascular protection in T2DM.
2. Encourage timely initiation and intensification of the newer generation of treatments to reach target A1C and LDL, when indicated.
3. Make recommendations for the safe and effective use of the newer generation of treatments to achieve targets for A1C and LDL in accordance with Canadian guidelines.
