Course Description

This video helps pharmacists understand the relationship between type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. The goal is to identify risk factors for development and progression of chronic kidney disease and help pharmacists apply effective screening and counselling for the management of people with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease.
