Pharmacists are the most accessible healthcare professionals. They are playing an increasingly important role in supporting public health interventions like immunization. Invasive meningococcal disease (IMD) can be prevented through immunization. We currently do not immunize against the most prevalent form of IMD in Canada (Serogroup B). In this video, pharmacists will learn about MenB immunization and their role in protecting patients at risk from this infection.
