Course Description

Patients with diabetes will many times have multiple comorbid conditions that will require each specialist to collaborate to prioritize the care. Endocrinologists, cardiologists, and nephrologists must collaborate with each other and primary care clinicians to ensure that continuity of diabetes care is maintained with all these patients. This program will review the management of a patient case with glycaemic, cardiovascular, and renal issues.
