Pancreatic Exocrine Insufficiency (PEI) Patient Health Management (PHM) – Mainpro+ Assessment

At the end of this learning activity, participants should be able to:

• Recognize symptoms and signs of PEI and differentiate from other GI disorders (i.e., irritable bowel syndrome, Celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, etc);
• Identify patients with a probable diagnosis of PEI;
• Correctly prescribe pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy (PERT) and identify patients who require referral to specialist care.
