Millions of Canadians live with diabetes. Individuals with diabetes are at risk of more severe disease or outcomes from COVID-19 infection than others. This program reviews the impact of COVID-19 on people with diabetes, describes the recommendations for COVID-19 vaccination, and provides guidance for individuals living with diabetes who think they are developing a COVID-19 infection.
