Course Description

The COVID-19 pandemic has created significant challenges for people living with diabetes. Some patients have thrived with the increased emphasis of self-management, where other vulnerable populations have struggled with a decrease in support in maintaining glycemic control and optimizing management. This patient case will review the clinical considerations of a vulnerable older adult with type 2 diabetes who is currently using insulin.

This program has received an unrestricted educational grant or in-kind support from Novo Nordisk A/S.
