Course Description

This 2-hour accredited program will help GPs identify at-risk patient groups who require meningococcal B vaccination and review the incidence of Meningococcal B across different age groups in Australia. The program will support clinicians when faced with vaccine hesitancy in at-risk meningococcal B patients and their parents. It will guide participants to incorporate effective patient communication strategies to assist parents and patients to make informed immunisation choices.

Featuring case studies and expert videos answering common questions, this program highlights the importance of educating and overcoming the barriers to meningococcal B vaccination of infants and young adults.
