Glucose Self-Monitoring: Updates on New Technologies and the 2018 Diabetes Canada Clinical Practice Guidelines – CCCEP for Pharmacy Technicians

After completion of the program, participants will be able to:

• Discuss currently available glucose monitoring technologies and understand their differences
• Understand the role of mobile and digital technologies for diabetes management
• Make diabetes management recommendations within defined scopes of practice that improve patient care
• Apply their understanding of the 2018 Diabetes Canada Clinical Practice Guidelines to practical management of diabetes
