After participating in this program, GPs will be better able to:
- Identify clinically-relevant sub-types of acne vulgaris
- Recognise the importance of using a combination of drugs from different classes in a treatment regime in order to target the multiple causes of acne
- Manage flares and minimise the risk of acne scarring in a timely manner
- Implement effective counselling to facilitate medication efficacy and safely attain optimal long-term outcomes for acne-prone patients, including those planning pregnancy
