On completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

  1. Identify the common symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
  2. Engage patients in order to proactively evaluate and diagnose symptoms of BPH and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), and refer patients to a specialist when necessary.
  3. Utilise key screening tools and diagnostic tests to appropriately implement medical interventions for BPH.
  4. Recall the benefits, risks, and adverse events associated with available therapies.
