Learning objectives
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Suggest an assessment to evaluate for GHD or identify the need for a referral of a patient to a pediatric endocrinologist to confirm a diagnosis of GHD.
- Be familiar with basic investigations to exclude non-endocrine causes of short stature
- Understand effective therapeutic options to treat GHD.
- Recognize adherence to therapy as a barrier to optimal management of GHD.
