Learning objectives
On completion of this program, participants will be better able to:
- Identify the common symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
- Engage patients in order to proactively evaluate and diagnose symptoms of BPH and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), and refer patients to a specialist when necessary.
- Utilise key screening tools and diagnostic tests to appropriately implement medical interventions for BPH.
- Recall the benefits, risks, and adverse events associated with available therapies.
