Pharmacists have a pivotal role in optimizing vaccination rates. This program will describe how pharmacists can identify patients due for vaccination, strategies to address patient concerns, and best practices for improving vaccination within the pharmacy setting. The aim of this program is to support pharmacists in becoming more engaged in vaccine education and delivery, and to provide them with strategies to effectively incorporate vaccination into their practice in a busy pharmacy.
