Chair RACGP Diabetes Working Group
On completion of this program, participants will be better able to:
- Appreciate the importance of individualising type 2 diabetes (T2D) management and optimising glycaemic management
- Assess the benefits and risks of commencing injectable therapy when oral therapy fails or is no longer appropriate
- Review the current recommendations for GLP-1RAs for managing T2D
- Recall strategies to improve adherence and patient acceptability to T2D pharmacotherapy
