Course Description

With the increasing number of patients with diabetes, all primary care clinicians should utilize the skills of the entire team to improve diabetes care. Nurses, dietitians, and pharmacists can support the primary care physician by educating patients on different aspects of diabetes management.

This program is developed in collaboration with Partners in Progressive Medical Education, and endorsed by Diabetes Canada.
