Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) – Clinical Burden and Preventative Strategies
Clinicians play a key role in discussing the burden of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and initiating prophylaxis in eligible populations. The goal of this program is to raise awareness among healthcare practitioners (HCPs) of the clinical burden of RSV illness. The program will review which populations are at risk of RSV, the diagnosis of RSV, and preventative strategies.

- Discuss the clinical burden and presentation of RSV illness
- Describe how all healthy children are at risk for RSV illness
- Diagnose RSV illness in clinical practice
- Become aware of preventative strategies against RSV to inform parents of infants in the future
