Primary care providers (PCPs) play a crucial role in optimizing vaccination rates. This program will
provide practical information for primary care clinicians on how to
operationalize vaccine administration in their practice. It will review vaccine
access and coverage, discuss the newest guidelines for identifying patients
eligible for vaccination, and best practice strategies for efficient
vaccination. The aim of this program is to encourage primary care providers to
become more engaged in vaccine education and delivery, and to provide them with
strategies to effectively incorporate immunization into their daily clinical
practice.
