Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

1. Describe the risk of thrombosis in patients with cancer
2. Manage thrombosis in patients with cancer, in accordance with clinical practice guideline recommendations
   1. Explain treatment in CAT patients in accordance with clinical practice guideline recommendations
   2. Examine monitoring and follow up for CAT patients receiving anticoagulant therapy
3. Involve the patient in their CAT management plan
