Your Health Nova Scotia Virtual Care Program: Training for Administrators & Navigators

The Your Health Nova Scotia Virtual Care (YHNS VC) program aims to provide all Nova Scotians with access to clinical services in the form of Virtual Urgent Care. This program serves as a tool to increase system capacity and is an extension of resources and supports to address the province’s most pressing needs. This course will cover all the necessary information needed to allow Emergency Room Administrators and Navigators to successfully use the YHNS VC platform to redirect patients to be seen virtually by clinicians.
