Therapy optimisation in the management of advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) – Certificate of Completion

knowledge of the clinical features and staging of advanced RCC in the light of the rising incidence of RCC.
familiarity with the rapidly evolving landscape of advanced RCC therapy, including review of:
- pathophysiological mechanisms underlying different categories of cell targeted therapy
- clinical trial evidence for standard of care treatment of different categories of advanced RCC patients
- indications, contra-indications, side effect profiles and current PBS listing of available cell targeted therapies for advanced RCC.
evidence based clinical decision making and communication with patients regarding benefits and risks of available therapies.
