Optimising use of tiotropium with the Respimat® Soft Mist™ Inhaler for the treatment of COPD – Certificate of Completion

After completing this program, participants will be better able to:

1. Guide patients on administration technique for the Respimat Soft Mist inhaler including a basic understanding of inner workings and features of the device
2. Demonstrate how to prepare the Respimat Soft Mist Inhaler for patients for first-time use and counsel them on when and how to prepare the device themselves
3. Communicate correct use of the Respimat Soft Mist Inhaler (initial preparation and daily use) to patients
4. Check patient’s inhaler technique and adherence to treatment to encourage patient safety and optimal administration of COPD medications
