Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

1. Identify and screen patients at risk of having hepatitis C infection
2. Appropriately refer patients for management of hepatitis C
3. Counsel patients to ensure adherence to the overall hepatitis C management plan (including lifestyle, transmission prevention, medications, and follow-up)
