After Prostate Cancer: Recognizing and Meeting the Needs of Survivors – MOC Section 1

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

1. Describe the issues that can affect quality of life for survivors of prostate cancer.
2. Talk with patients and family/caregivers to identify and assist in the management of physical and psychological side effects or complications of prostate cancer treatment.
3. Identify opportunities for intervention to improve quality of life for survivors of prostate cancer.
4. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to support prostate cancer survivors and their family/caregivers.
