Fortunately, vision loss may be slowed if effective treatment is initiated in a timely manner.\n<\/p>\n<p>This program supports pharmacists in optimizing the medical management of patients with glaucoma by reviewing treatment options to ensure effective management of patients with glaucoma through the disease continuum.
