Some of these groups are also at much higher risk of severe COVID-19 outcomes. Developing programs to address the needs of these communities must be patient-centered and be developed in conjunction with partners in the community.<\/p>\n<p>This education program will review the steps to consider when developing initiatives to improve access and vaccine uptake in different groups.
