Learning objectives
On completion of this program, participants will be better able to:
- Recognise psoriasis in its common and less common forms
- Appraise the severity of psoriasis using the Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI) scoring system and the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI)
- Recall the different patient treatment options available, and recognise the treatments that can only be prescribed by a dermatologist
- Ascertain impact on patient quality of life of timely diagnosis of psoriasis and referral
