Learning objectives

  • Review disease management protocols listed in the 2020 edition of the Australian Diabetes Society and RACGP type 2 diabetes management algorithm
  • Implement practice-based solutions to delivering patient-centred care, including telehealth approaches
  • Maintain, optimise and individualise the care of people with T2D, including through sick days and during outbreaks of COVID-19
