Infant Nutrition: Balancing The Building Blocks Of Brain Development And Immune Support

The first months and early years of life set the stage for lifelong development. It is within those first 3 to 5 years that the greatest percentage of an infant’s brain growth occurs. During this significant time, it’s important to understand the role of nutrition in brain development and immune support as a child grows.

This program supports General Practitioners (GPs), Family Practitioners (FPs), Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, Midwives and Dietitians regarding infant nutrition post-hospital, with a focus on the role of nutrition in contributing to brain development and immune system support during the early years.

This program has received an educational grant or in-kind support from Mead Johnson Nutrition.
