Learning objectives

At the end of this module, you will be better able to:

  • Describe the biology, clinical presentation, and prognostication of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and subtypes
  • Summarise the key trials defining the contemporary management of patients DLBCL and variants
  • Describe an approach to treatment of DLBCL, primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma, primary CNS lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma and post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder
  • Explain the role of autologous stem cell transplant in the management of patients with DLBCL, both in the frontline and relapsed/refractory setting
