Upon completion of this continuing education program, participants will be better able to:
- Review the association between CKD and increased cardiovascular risk related to Type 2 Diabetes
- Understand the evidence for use of SGLT2i for CKD and Type 2 Diabetes management that have been shown to improve renal outcomes
- Counsel patients and make recommendations for sick day management
