  • Review Diabetes Canada guidelines and other recommended strategies for continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), including interpretation of intermittently scanned continuous glucose monitoring (isCGM) data and real-time continuous glucose monitoring (rtCGM) data
  • Counsel patients on appropriate glucose monitoring technologies and resources
  • Discuss current tools and resources available to the pharmacist to support patient education
