This Health Management Tool is designed to support cardiologists in going through a differential diagnosis of patients with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH).
Step 1: Complete the 0.5-hour MOC Section 3 accredited CME course.
Step 2: Complete a minimum of 10 patient assessments to uncover patients who could benefit from additional testing.
Step 3: Access the reflective questionnaire once you have completed Step 2, which will help you consider how you’ve incorporated the knowledge gained over the course of the program in your practice.
