Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive, Jason Flowerday brings 25 years of life sciences leadership experience to MDBriefCase Group, including a decade in business development and marketing at pharmaceutical giants Bayer and J&J.

Before joining the group, Mr. Flowerday served as CEO at 3D Signatures, and Pro Bono Bio, and VP at Knight Therapeutics—a $1-billion Canadian pharmaceutical firm.

A passionate team builder and respected entrepreneur, Mr. Flowerday co-founded RxMedia Healthcare Communications and Orphan Canada, and currently serves an independent director at Aequus Pharmaceuticals.

Martha Sutton

Chief Financial Officer

Martha Sutton is Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and established leader with more than 10 years of experience consulting on financial strategy, management, operational improvements, and M&A.

Suzanne Coutinho

Managing Director, Australia

Suzanne Coutinho is an experienced business leader specializing in pharmaceuticals, publishing, and medical education.

Ms. Coutinho has more than 18 years’ experience within the Australian pharmaceutical industry, affording a deep understanding of product lifecycle management and regulatory frameworks.

Previously, Ms. Coutinho transformed the healthcare group at Reed Elsevier, where her ability to engage the pharmaceutical industry was central to the success of new initiatives and business models.

David Schmeler

Senior Vice President, Global Sales

David Schmeler is a recognized leader in Canadian business, with a career spanning more than 20 years across healthcare, technology and transportation industries.

Mr. Schmeler has dedicated the past 13 years to supporting the Canadian healthcare market, launching communication and technology services for pharmaceutical firms and the broader healthcare professional community.

As head of global sales, Mr. Schmeler manages joint ventures and drives the expansion of MDBriefCase Group’s online learning platform into new global markets.

Catherine Rice

Vice President Sales, Canada

Catherine Rice is an inspiring leader with deep industry insights and more than 24 years’ experience driving performance, sales and change management within the healthcare industry.

As Vice President of Sales for Canada, Ms. Rice brings invaluable expertise to MDBriefCase Group, where she builds strong relationships with top Canadian medical societies and physician organizations.

Throughout her career, Ms. Rice has worked closely with several major pharmaceutical firms including Roche, Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, and Janssen-Ortho.

Angela Dosis

Vice President, Operations

Angela Dosis brings more than 20 years of experience driving digital innovation to MDBriefCase Group, where she leads all marketing, technology and project management teams at MDBriefCase Group.

Throughout her career, Ms. Dosis has led multidisciplinary teams to drive digital transformation and improve user experience, with the past 10 years spent helping health-system regulators and hospitals manage big data and analytics.

Janet Kimura

Managing Director, Middle East and Africa

Janet Kimura is an experienced online learning, marketing and sales professional with a career in healthcare spanning more than 20 years.

As managing director, Ms. Kimura leads the international growth and expansion of MDBriefCase global eCommerce education platforms.

Previously, Ms. Kimura managed strategic partnerships and initiatives for world-renowned health and academic institutions, medical societies, and professional associations, with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes.
